Orlando, Florida, 06 October 2021 – Hotelbeds, the world´s leading bedbank, has extended its deal with RateGain as part of its continued commitment to controlling rate integrity for its hotel partners in North America and worldwide.

The partnership enables Hotelbeds to help its hotel partners identify cases of opaque rates intended for offline bookings being sold in other channels and supports its strict ‘three strikes’ policy for channels that violate distribution rules.

Hotelbeds extends deal with RateGain to confirm  its commitment to rate integrity  


	Beach destinations, such as Brazil and Mexico, have experienced the strongest growth in bookings, up 28% and 20% respectively compared to 2019.
	Punta Cana has consolidated its position as the destination with the highest growth in the last 4 weeks with 80%* more bookings.
	Colombia, Argentina, Peru and Chile are also among the countries that are showing the most improved signs of recovery in LATAM in recent weeks.


Palma, Spain, 22nd September 2021 – Hotelbeds, the world’s leading bedbank, has today confirmed a strong growth in hotel bookings in several Latin American destinations.

According to Hotelbeds' booking data, as a result of new openings in Latin American countries, the number of room nights sold has grown exponentially in countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia in the lasts 8 weeks. &nbsp;

Over the same weeks, Brazil has increased its bookings by 28%*, making it one of the beach destinations with the strongest recovery while Mexico has also experienced a growth of around 20%*.&nbsp; The most popular Mexican destinations, for both local and international travellers – especially from the US –, are Cancun, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.

During the last 4 weeks in the Caribbean, Punta Cana has gained a lot of momentum and bookings have increased by 80%*. Puerto Rico and Jamaica have also been well positioned as destinations with solid growth recently.

Other countries, such as Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina, are gradually recovering to pre-pandemic levels now that their borders have opened.

Hotelbeds confirms strong LATAM sales growth 


	Hotelbeds has signed an agreement with Visit Finland, to drive in-bound US tourism to the European destination.
	The campaign will target Hotelbeds' broad network of travel trade buyers based in the US and will highlight the many attractions Finland has to offer as a destination.


Orlando, Florida, 16th September 2021 – Hotelbeds, the world’s leading bedbank, has today announced a new partnership with Visit Finland to promote the destination to its extensive network of US travel advisors.

From mid-September, Hotelbeds will launch a campaign with Visit Finland to promote Finland as a safe destination to its extensive network of travel advisors and promote the Nordic country's wide range of tourist attractions including northern lights sightings, skiing activities, visits to Lapland to meet Santa Claus as well as its traditional saunas.

Hotelbeds strongly believes in the potential of this campaign, as the US has historically been in the top 5 of the company’s main source markets for Finland. As a result of this agreement, Hotelbeds will be well placed to contract a greater range of Finnish hotels at exclusive rates in order to offer differentiated content to its extensive network of US travel advisors.

Palma, Spain, 27th July 2021 – Bedsonline, the leading global provider of online accommodation and ancillary products exclusively for travel agents, has today launched a series of significant customer service improvements in key markets across Europe, including the provision of 24-hour call centre support for its French clients in their native language.

As one of the most important source markets for Hotelbeds, the company is proud to now be able to offer 24 hour call centre service in French 7 days a week, an upgrade that it is confident will become a game changer for its clients. From now on, travel agents based in France will be able to take advantage of a native-speaking client service team to assist them as required.

In addition, local language customer support will also now be provided during office hours in Germany, Italy, Portugal and Greece as the company makes further strides forward in its commitment to offer the best possible customer service to its clients.

As well as the expansion in native language support, Bedsonline clients can also continue to take advantage of the many online, self-service tools recently launched as part of its ‘SelfSeT’ suite giving them the power to manage their bookings and most frequent requests in a frictionless way via the Help Desk without the need to call a service centre.

This agreement will provide Hotelbeds with exclusive offers and benefits for its clients at almost 900 RedDoorz properties across South-East Asia. The new deal will also offer Hotelbeds the ability to expand its portfolio for both international and domestic offerings in key destinations such as Indonesia and the Philippines.

In return, this new partnership will give RedDoorz the ability to expand its global reach by gaining access to Hotelbeds' 60,000 travel trade buyers based in more than 140 source markets worldwide, including high value channels such as travel agents, tour operators, airlines and points redemption programmes

With this agreement, Hotelbeds has secured exclusive offers and privileges for its clients at the group's seven properties, which include luxury resorts and boutique accommodations located in Thailand's most beautiful holiday destinations, including islands, cities and emerging regions. These offers are designed to inspire travel and help fuel the industry's recovery.

Sala Hospitality Group operates under two brands: SALA Resorts and Spas – luxurious villas and suites with access to rejuvenating SALA spas, romantic beach front bars and restaurants, for a very personal and private experience; and Sala Boutique – charming residences located in picturesque locations, many of which are filled with historical significance.

This campaign is designed to drive domestic leisure tourism to Dallas, with a particular focus on weekday and long weekend visits. Throughout the promotion travel advisors will be introduced to the incredible opportunities that the Texan city of Dallas has to offer: its wide offer of art, culture and music, sporting events, gastronomic offerings, and the city's unique culture.

The company strongly believes in Dallas' potential as a tourist destination, as it has consistently been one of the top producing destinations in the U.S. for Hotelbeds. With this agreement, Hotelbeds has secured preferential offers and privileges for its clients at 11 properties that are part of All Suites across France. In preparation for meeting pent-up travel demand, Hotelbeds will have access to preferential rates designed to inspire travel and help drive industry recovery.

In return, All Suites will have access to Hotelbeds' extensive network of over 60,000 professional travel buyers based in over 140 source markets worldwide, including high-value channels such as travel agencies, tour operators, airlines and points redemption programs.
